Easy Halloween Food Ideas for Snacks & Lunch Boxes - Part 1

Give your kids something to howl and cackle over this October with simple Halloween themed foods using our Mini Bites Sandwich Cutters. Our recipes are perfect for frighteningly fun lunch boxes, spooky snacks or a spine-chilling spread for your next Halloween party. The best bit? Creepy-Crawly Spider Sandwiches

You will need

Bread
Nut Butter (or spread of your choice)
Choc Chips
Soy Crisps
Mini Bites Sandwich Cutters - Circle Shape

Steps

  1. Cut bread into circles using Mini Bites Sandwich Cutters
  2. Spread half the bread circles with nut butter or spread of your choice
  3. Place 3 soy crisps on either side of the bread, and top with remaining bread circles
  4. Put a dab of nut butter on choc chips and use as eyes - and tuck in!       
 

     

    Freaky Frankenstein Bites

    You will need

    Bread
    Avocado
    Seaweed Sheets
    Sultanas or raisins
    Choc Chips
    Mini Bites Sandwich Cutters - Rectangle Shape

    Steps

    1. Cut bread into rectangles using Mini Bites Sandwich Cutters - Rectangle Shape
    2. Spread half the bread with mashed avocado
    3. Using scissors, carefully cut out Frankenstein’s head by cutting a rectangle then snipping into it to make a zig zag shape. Cut out small slithers for his mouth (3 per sandwich bite).
    4. Place seaweed cutouts onto sandwich bites, add sultana bolts to either side of his head and choc chip eyes and you are ready for your freaky feast!

      I-Want-My-Mummy Sandwiches

      You will need

      Bread
      Cream Cheese
      Sliced Cheese
      Sultanas or Raisins
      Mini Bites Sandwich Cutters - Circle Shape

      Steps

      1. Cut bread into circles using Mini Bites Sandwich Cutters
      2. Spread cream cheese onto bread circles
      3. Slice cheese slices into thin strips
      4. Place sultanas on bread and then cover with cheese slices at different angles to make a mummy effect - and that’s a wrap!
