Where on earth are you? I am based in Melbourne, Australia. However, it’s a small small world thanks to the Internet.  So with the help of 3 of my friends The Lunch Punch® now has stock available in 3 other places; Oregon (USA) London (England) The Hague (The Netherlands, Europe) and, of course Australia.  Your order will ship to you from your closest warehouse.

Do you have a distributor or do I buy direct from you? Wholesale orders can be made directly from me via email (see contact page) unless you are based in Canada, Poland, Singapore or Indonesia. In which case you can get your stock from one of our sensational distributors:

What is your minimum order? The minimum order quantity is 20 units (any style combination). Some of our distributors may have different requirements.

How do I make an order? It’s easy.  Simply send Kiersten an email or email a Purchase Order to: (her first name)@thelunchpunch.com.  But please read all the faq’s first.  And please contact us after your store is open.   We don’t pre-stock stores under construction.  Thank you.

What are your payment terms? We offer a 30 day invoice arrangement.  Payment details will be in the invoice.   We accept credit cards from anywhere in the world.   Australian retailers pay via direct deposit.

What are the specific product details? The Lunch Punch products are:

  • Dishwasher Safe
  • Made of USFDA approved food-grade virgin ABS plastic
  • BPA FREE
  • PHTHALATE FREE
  • LEAD FREE
  • PVC FREE

Both product and packaging are 100% recyclable. Packaging is made from recyclable PP

How safe is The Lunch Punch? Our products meet the highest world standards for safety.  The Lunch Punch® is regularly and independently tested by a U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission accredited company to certify its safety.  Testing results can be emailed to you upon request.

The Lunch Punch®products are made safely and responsibly in Ningbo, China.  The factory where The Lunch Punch® is made is a very nice, very clean and professional plastic injection molding factory which regularly undergoes 3rd party audits to maintain our high standards.  The workers are highly valued, paid fair wages and have good working conditions. The factory is also currently producing plastic toys and plastic parts for some famous brands and some very big German and European toy companies.  In fact, the factory also produces some plastic parts for IKEA toys.

Why do I have to be a registered business to sell The Lunch Punch® ? Our customers know they can trust and respect The Lunch Punch® products. We’re not just any sandwich cutter. We are the world leaders in sandwich cutters. By providing our products in only the best stores our customers are able to ensure they are geniune, safe, of the highest quality and that they will receive customer service to match our products.  Please be aware that we ask our retailers to refrain from selling The Lunch Punch® products on Amazon, Facebook, Craig’s List, Gumtree or any auction sites such as ebay. We are not able to continue to supply to customers who sell The Lunch Punch® on such sites. Thank you for your kind understanding.

Who runs The Lunch Punch® ? Well, it’s just me.  Kiersten.  At home.  Here in Melbourne, Australia.  In my study.  Typing to you on my computer after the kids go to bed.  And wildly drawing new designs in my notebooks all the time.  Sometimes I spend a few hours in my garage packing and shipping out Australian orders.  My best friend from High School, Shannon, lives in the US and she ships out all the US orders by herself.  My mate John, handles all the manufacturing in China.  He lives in Ningbo.  And that’s it.  We are growing though.  Two stay-at-home mums in Europe have recently agreed to ship The Lunch Punch out in Europe for me.  Musetta in The Netherlands and Tze Ching in London.  Love them.  So The Lunch Punch is providing jobs to stay-at-home mothers around the world so they can stay-at-home.  It’s all about the kids.  And, have I said..  “Thank you for your support?”  Thank you for your support.  Because without you we couldn’t be doing this.  A thousand Thank you’s from us and our families.”
